Yes, we deliver all over Nepal. Deliveries outside of Kathmandu valley are couriered through our trusted channels for safe delivery of your orders.

Cash on delivery facility is only valid for orders inside Kathmandu valley. For outside valley orders, you can pay via Fonepay or directly deposit the bill amount in our bank account.

Yes, you can transfer funds to our bank account directly. Please contact us for more details.

A flat fee of NRs. 100/- is applied to all orders made through our website.

Please tap on the “My Orders” section under the Profile section to check your order status.

Estimated dispatch time of each product is written under the Details tab on the respective product page. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email on your registered email address.

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been approved yet, you can cancel your order from “My Orders” section under the Profile section, Or you can contact us directly. Customized orders once approved cannot be cancelled.

Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your order is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement. To do so, Contact Us.
