Store Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Desi Grub.
We aim to provide high-quality natural, herbal, and wellness products.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our refund and return policy is outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Return or Refund

You may request a return, replacement, or refund under the following conditions:

a. Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a product different from what you ordered.

b. Damaged or Leaking Product

If the item is damaged, broken, leaked, or tampered during delivery.
Photo/video evidence must be provided within 24 hours of delivery.

c. Expired Product

If, in rare cases, the product received is expired or nearing expiry.

Items NOT Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return once opened/used:

  • Skin care products

  • Oils, serums, gels

  • Food-grade herbal products

  • Tea, honey, health consumables

  • Personal care products

Unopened and sealed items may be eligible depending on inspection.

2. Return Window

Returns must be requested within 3 days from the date of delivery.

No requests will be accepted after this period unless exceptional circumstances apply.

3. Return Process
  1. Contact us at support@desigrub.com.np or via our official social platforms.

  2. Provide your Order ID, issue details, and clear photos/videos.

  3. Our support team will review and confirm eligibility.

  4. We will arrange:

    • Pickup (where available), or

    • Ask you to send the item to our address.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and unused, unless damaged on arrival.

4. Refund Method

Once your return is approved and inspected:

Refunds can be issued through:
  • Bank transfer

  • Mobile wallet (eSewa/Khalti/FonePay)

  • Store credit / coupon code

  • Replacement product (if preferred)

⚠️ Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the mistake was from our side.

5. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment:

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.

After Shipment:

Cancellation is not possible once the product has been handed to the courier.
However, you may apply for a return after receiving the product (normal rules apply).
